Light Fitness Classes

WHAT DO YOU DO IN THESE CLASSES?

  • Use light weights and resistance bands to help improve muscular strength and joint stability
  • Incorporate low and non-impact exercises to look after your joints
  • Increase the heart rate to promote a strong cardiovascular system
  • Increase flexibility and mobility through light exercise
  • Warm up, cool down and stretch helping to look after the body before and after exercise
